What is the difference between a tab and a first-line indent in Word.

Welcome back! I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful fall weather! Today is going to be a pretty short post. Let's not waste any time.... While both are used to help us make our paragraphs look uniform, they do have a difference. Tabs are used when you want your paragraphs to line up. A first-line indent is used to make a separation between paragraphs. It really is that simple. If you have any questions, leave them in the comment section. If you would like some videos to show the difference, I have found a few on YouTube. Have a great week and we will chat soon! Alexandra
