Why does Word capitalizes your first reference initial?
Hi y'all! I hope y'all had a great weekend. Today I am going to show y'all a way to stop Word from capitalizing the first letter when you place your initials. Ok, let dive into it....
- As you can see below, I have typed in my initials and the first letter is capitalized
- You are going to File and then select Options at the very bottom
- Once you click on options, your page should look like the below image
- You should see 'AutoCorrect Options'. Click that. Then select 'Capitalize first letter of sentence'
- Now when you type your initials, they will no longer capitalize the first letter.
If you have any questions, please leave them in the comment section and I will answer. Thank you for stopping by, and I hope this is helpful. Don't forget to come back next week, we are going to talk about how to evenly distribute columns.
Have a great week!
